Somalilandtribune report

Disturbing images of bodies of nine Somalis washed up on a beach in the Egyptian coastal town of Alexandria has left many Somalis angry and with a deep sense of discomfort.

The nine victims, including a mother and her two children whose organs were harvested were kidnapped and later killed for their organs.According to reports, the victims were lured to a migrant boat believing that they were heading to Italy. They were afterwards locked up at a disclosed location and had their organs harvested.

Many Somalis have taken to the social media to express their views and have called for the Egyptian government to act and bring the perpetrators of the heinous crime to justice.

The Coalition for Organ-Failure Solutions, a nonprofit health and human-rights organization, previously released a report about the horrific underworld trade that affects thousands of immigrants hailing from Sudan, Jordan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia, Syria and Iraq, reported Carbonated Tv,one of the few media outlets which picked up the story.
